As a high-potential intern, you will be tasked with taking innovative solutions from concept to market validation, playing a pivotal role in bringing crucial health solutions to life. **Project Scope & Responsibilities:** - Concept Validation & Market Research: - Analyzing market trends, competition, and user needs to validate the concept and business case. - Go-to-Market Strategy: - Developing a comprehensive launch roadmap covering: - Branding & Positioning: Defining the solution's identity, messaging, and value proposition. - Pricing Strategy: Determining optimal pricing models for the target segment. - Distribution & Communication: Planning effective channels and campaign narratives. - Pilot Execution & Digital Marketing: - Managing the initial rollout of the solution. - Designing, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns to drive pilot results. - Performance Analysis: - Rigorously validating results through data analysis, generating key metrics, and providing data-backed recommendations for scaling. **Who Should Apply:** - Current students or recent graduates from leading institutes in India (e.g., premier MBA, top Engineering colleges, etc.). - Streams include, but are not limited to MBA, B.Tech/M.Tech (especially Computer Science, Biomedical, or related fields), and specialized streams like Economics or Design. - Demonstrated passion for the Healthcare or HealthFintech domains. - Strong analytical skills, with an aptitude for strategy and data-driven decision-making. - Prior experience or coursework in marketing, project management, or a startup environment is a plus.
