Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute brand strategy to position Rush Gaming Universe (RGU) as the most trusted play-and-earn gaming brand in India & globally.
  • Create compelling brand stories focusing on skill, fun, and community.
  • Develop high-impact, cost-efficient campaigns using ATL, BTL, and digital channels.
  • Leverage AI, automation, and consumer insights for optimized engagement.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice across touchpoints and refine messaging.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with influencers, industry leaders, and cultural icons.
  • Track KPIs, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to drive growth.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 4+ years in full-stack brand marketing with strong consumer brands (gaming/tech preferred).
  • Proven success in building emotional consumer connections and brand loyalty.
  • Skilled in ATL & BTL marketing, campaign ROI measurement, and brand positioning.
  • Decision-maker with ability to move fast, take calculated risks, and align brand strategy with market demand.
  • Strong storytelling, creative execution, and market trend analysis skills.
