Job Description

Branding Executive

The Branding Executive will play a critical role in positioning the hospital as a trusted, innovative, and patient-centric healthcare provider.

Key Responsibilities Areas (KRA):

1. Brand Strategy & Development

  • Assist in the formulation and execution of brand strategies aligned with the hospitals vision, mission, and values.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all materials and communication platforms.
  • Monitor competitor branding and suggest improvements.

2. Content Creation & Management

  • Develop and manage content for brochures, posters, banners, digital media, press releases, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate with the creative team or external agencies for design and production of marketing collateral.

3. Digital Branding & Online Presence

  • Maintain and update the hospitals website and social media channels with engaging, brand-aligned content.
  • Work with the digital marketing team to plan and execute branding campaigns online.

4. Hospital Events & Campaigns

  • Support in the planning and execution of hospital events such as health camps, CME programs, awareness drives, and CSR initiatives.
  • Ensure branding guidelines are followed at all touchpoints during events.

5. Internal Branding

  • Develop internal communication tools and campaigns to foster employee alignment with the hospital’s brand values.
  • Ensure all departments are equipped with updated branding materials.

6. Vendor & Agency Coordination

  • Liaise with printing vendors, branding agencies, designers, and photographers to ensure timely and quality execution of branding deliverables.
  • Manage branding budgets and procurement as required.

7. Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track effectiveness of branding initiatives and generate regular reports.
  • Conduct surveys or collect feedback to gauge public perception of the brand.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in branding, preferably in healthcare or service industry.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, digital marketing, and visual communication.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite a plus).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
