Building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Developing and executing strategies to onboard customers for the on-grid solar system. Exploring all sales opportunities, including door-to-door visits, organizing and participating in physical campaigns, and field-level customer interactions. Managing the team effectively while also working independently to onboard customers and meet targets. Qualifications Minimum 5 years in sales, team management, revenue generation, and customer relations. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a team while working as an individual contributor when required. Experience with field sales activities such as door-to-door campaigns and physical marketing campaigns is essential.
