Job Role : Senior Sales Executive Job Type: Full-time Number of Openings: 10 Job Description We are hiring Sales Officers for our new project. The Sales Officers will be responsible for generating leads and onboarding customers for solar systems. Key responsibilities include: 1. Achieving assigned sales targets within the designated area. 2. Conducting door-to-door visits to meet potential customers and promote on-grid solar systems. 3. Visiting a specified number of houses regularly as part of the outreach plan. 4.Building strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention. 5.Supporting physical marketing campaigns and participating in promotional events. 6. Reporting daily activities and progress to the Area Sales Manager (ASM). Qualifications 1. Minimum 3 years in sales, preferably in field sales or direct customer interaction. 2. Proven ability to meet sales targets through consistent effort and customer engagement. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field. 5. Experience in renewable energy or solar product sales is an added advantage. 6.2 wheeler / 4 wheeler license and vehicle is mandatory. Pay: 25,000 - 50,000 per month (based on experience) + Incentives + TADA
