Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and culturally-aware Brand Strategist with the ability to create and implement strategies that make a significant impact. As a Brand Strategist, you will play a crucial role in developing brand narratives, campaign directions, and content strategies for both our clients and our agency's digital presence. Your responsibilities will include developing and refining brand strategies for various industries such as luxury, fashion, lifestyle, wellness, and F&B. You will be tasked with planning monthly content strategies, campaign themes, influencer ideas, and conducting thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and market positioning. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating brand communication guidelines, tone-of-voice guides, and collaborating with creative, design, and content teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies. Furthermore, you will lead ideation sessions for campaigns, photoshoots, and seasonal marketing initiatives, while also handling pitch decks, presentations, and internal brand growth directions. Monitoring campaign success, trends, and insights to optimize strategies will also be part of your role. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2-4 years of experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, or digital marketing. A deep understanding of Gen Z and Millennial behavior, aesthetic trends, and internet culture is essential. An added advantage would be a background in fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or wellness brands. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with visual storytelling abilities are crucial. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric environment and familiarity with tools like Canva, Notion, Pinterest, and Instagram analytics are required. If you are always updated with the latest trends, confident in presenting ideas, obsessed with branding and storytelling, and unafraid to pitch innovative concepts, you will thrive in this role.
