Help us find symbiotic tie-ups and partnerships with global brands, through creative solutions to engage with their TG in a meaningful way to achieve their goals - Brand Solutions Manager (4+ Years Experience) Role and Responsibilities: Interpret brief from the client to understand the brand positioning, key challenges, Brand/Initiative Objectives and resources available and drive ideation and execution across all relevant properties. Understand all the sell-able commodities of each IP including media, content, digital, on-ground and develop more such commodities. Stay on top of the trends in a rapidly changing media market and client industries by continuous upgrading and learning. Build and foster meaningful national and global partnerships across non-revenue partners Develop and update an ideal lead generation and step-wise pitching process using relevant technology. Execute agreed plan through key stakeholders in all relevant vehicles for each campaign. Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns to the brand and partners. Skills Required: This role needs a balance of very strong marketing creativity and commercial acumen. You should be able to convey with clarity & effectiveness across verbal and written communications. This role will require doing presentations, calls and in-person meetings with clients regularly. Nerves of steel and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to multitask & work on multiple projects simultaneously 3 to 4 years of experience in a digital agency with a track record of successfully managing client relations, negotiating and closing deals. Agency or festival sales background preferred.
