We’re Hiring | Operations & Product Development Lead (Luxury Gifting)

@Attaya is a boutique gifting house specialising in ceremonial and bespoke gifting for weddings, family milestones, and select corporate occasions. As we scale, we’re looking for a hands-on professional to work closely with the founder and help streamline sourcing, product development, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor sourcing & coordination (MDF boxes, fabrics, metal elements, packaging)

• Product development, sampling & prototyping

• Quality control and production timelines

• Instagram content planning & coordination (with founder)

• Vendor pricing, cost sheets & documentation

• Supporting the founder in scaling operations smoothly

Skills & Experience

• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail

• Prior experience managing vendors or production (gifting, décor, packaging, fashion, interiors preferred)

• Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets & WhatsApp-based operations

• Calm under pressure and organised in fast-moving environments

• Ability to balance creativity with execution
