✨ Role Overview

Brand & Product Operations Intern

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in

  vendor sourcing & coordination

• (boxes, fabrics, leather, metal elements, packaging)
• Support

  product development, sampling & prototyping

• Help with

  quality checks, production tracking & timelines

• Assist in preparing

  cost sheets, pricing & vendor documentation

• Coordinate

  Instagram content planning & shoot preparation

  with the founder
• Support daily operational tasks to help the brand scale smoothly

🌸 Who We’re Looking For

• Strong

  aesthetic sense

  and attention to detail
• Interest in

  luxury, design, weddings, décor, fashion, or packaging

• Comfortable using

  Excel / Google Sheets / WhatsApp

  for coordination
• Organised, calm, and proactive
• Willing to learn and take ownership of tasks
• Prior experience is a plus, but

  not mandatory
