Brand Planner / Account Manager - Client Servicing

As a Brand Planner / Client Account Manager at Emporia Agency, you will be an integral part of the Client Servicing team, acting as the main point of contact for clients. Your role will involve managing multiple accounts, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with creative and strategy teams to deliver exceptional marketing solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as the lead point of contact for client account management matters. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. - Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. - Develop a thorough understanding of products and services to identify growth opportunities. - Brainstorm with management and team leads to set KPIs and quarterly campaign plans. - Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions. - Research brand industry, competitors, and trends based on location and platforms. - Prepare reports on account status and present them to upper management/clients. - Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations. - Manage vendors and influencers as per requirements. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven work experience in agencies as an Account Manager. - Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders. - Experience in CRM software, MS Office (especially MS Excel), and project management tools. - Experience delivering client-focused solutions. - Ability to manage multiple account management projects with attention to detail. - Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong verbal and written communication abilities. - BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
