We're Hiring: Brand Outreach & Lead Management Intern (Remote)

We're looking for a dynamic intern who’s passionate about influencer marketing, has a flair for communication, and is organized enough to manage outreach pipelines like a pro.

Role Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to relevant brands for influencer marketing collaborations.
• Draft and send compelling outreach messages tailored to the brand’s niche.
• Maintain a structured lead pipeline using Google Sheets or CRM tools.
• Follow up with leads and coordinate initial conversations.
• Assist in onboarding interested brands and ensuring smooth campaign handoffs to the execution team.
• Keep track of campaign interest, responses, and success metrics for internal reporting.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

• Are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Have strong written communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different brand personas.
• Are highly organized and can juggle multiple conversations and leads at once.
• Have a basic understanding of influencer marketing and what makes a strong brand-influencer match.
• Are proactive, self-driven, and love working independently in a remote setup.

Bonus Points If You:

• Have prior experience in sales, outreach, or brand partnerships.
• Have worked in an influencer marketing agency or handled influencer collaborations.

Stipend:

₹5000/month + Monthly Performance-Based Bonus
