What You’ll Do

As a Brand Onboarding Manager, you’ll be the bridge between Flytant Ads and the brands that power our ecosystem. You’ll make sure every brand has a smooth onboarding experience and sees the value of running campaigns with us.

• Reach out to new brands and guide them through onboarding on the Flytant Ads platform.
• Help brand partners set up their profiles, upload campaigns, and understand the process.
• Walk them through campaign creation: providing creatives, setting budgets, and defining goals.
• Act as the go-to contact for brands during their initial campaigns, answering queries and solving issues.
• Monitor brand activity and ensure they are fully equipped to launch and manage campaigns.
• Gather feedback from brands and share insights with our operations & product teams to improve the platform.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• You’re a great communicator, confident in interacting with 

  brand managers, agencies, and marketers.

• You’re detail-oriented and can guide someone through a process with clarity.
• You can balance multiple onboarding projects while keeping things organized.
• Prior experience in 

  client servicing, digital marketing, or brand partnerships

   is a big plus.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and campaign management tools = cherry on top.
