As a Brand Marketing Manager at PACE, you will play a crucial role in leading the brand narrative of our lifestyle-driven parent company. With a diverse multi-brand portfolio spanning across fashion, kids, home, B2B, and more, we prioritize Lifestyle, Empowerment, and Fulfillment through our brands such as Ostilos, Cot & Candy, Homepost, Zwankee, and others. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy for PACE, ensuring consistency across all our verticals. Your key responsibilities will include building and maintaining the identity of the parent company across various platforms, overseeing storytelling initiatives, developing campaign ideas, managing PR activities, and fostering collaborations. Furthermore, you will be tasked with aligning and guiding branding efforts across different divisions of PACE such as PaceRoots, Zwankee, and more. Collaboration with the leadership team will be essential to effectively translate the company's vision into a compelling brand positioning strategy. To excel in this role, you should ideally possess a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in brand marketing or strategy. A strong grasp of brand positioning, campaign development, and storytelling is crucial, along with the ability to lead and harmonize multiple brand voices under a unified umbrella.
