Brand Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Will be the primary responsible person for executing all Marketing, Branding, Events, and PR activities for Sonipat & Kurukshetra, in conjunction with the Head of Marketing
• Assist in formulating an overall marketing strategy for JGC & JSC, to increase Sales and establish itself as a prominent Luxury development in the market
• Play a pivotal role in establishing Jindal Global City (JGC) & Jindal Smart City (JSC) as luxury/premium brand for customers
• Will have to evaluate, appoint, negotiate, and manage a multitude of external consultants related to marketing, events, branding, PR, etc.
• Own the planning and execution of events for internal customers as well as external sales partners (brokers)
• Work with the appointed PR agency to ensure that the right coverage is provided for Jindal Global City (JGC) & Jindal Smart City (JSC), around its product, tenants, engagements, design, etc.
• Assist in formulating the annual marketing budget on detailed revenue and expense projections, in line with the overall marketing strategy
• Oversee the development of all sales, marketing, and brand collaterals for the brand and specific assets
• As part of the annual planning exercise, analyse previous years' performance, growth expectations/ projections (revenue and profits) for the budgeting year, and identify new marketing and branding initiatives that could be launched

Preferred candidate profile

• (i.e., education, training etc.) Post-graduation / MBA in Marketing
• 10-15 years of Brand & Marketing experience in Real Estate.
