Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute quarterly brand growth plans
  • Define positioning and storytelling aligned with Ayurveda & clean beauty
  • Identify opportunities for visibility, partnerships, and differentiation
  • Create and manage end-to-end content strategy (reels, posts, stories)
  • Run or support Meta Ads and Amazon content updates
  • Manage influencer partnerships, PR, and digital buzz
  • Track results — engagement, ROI, conversions
  • Coordinate product listings on Amazon and the website
  • Create A+ content, descriptions, and SEO tags
  • Plan and coordinate pop-ups, wellness events, collabs, and exhibitions
  • Handle logistics, branding material, and partnerships
  • Basic understanding/support for FDA, BIS, labelling, and GST
  • Work with the founder on documentation, formats, and approvals
  • Think like a co-creator/founder, not an employee

  • Bring ideas, solve problems, and drive execution


Education

  • Bachelor’s in

    Marketing / Business / Media / Communications

  • MBA is a bonus

    , not mandatory


Bonus Knowledge (Optional)

  • Cosmetic Formulation / Cosmetic Science
  • Ayurveda / Aromatherapy / Herbal Cosmetology
  • Cosmetic GMP / FDA / BIS compliance


Skills You Should Bring

  • Instagram, Reels, Stories, Meta Ads, Amazon content

  • Vendor Coordination

  • Brand Storytelling & Communication

  • Tracking engagement, ROI, and conversions; suggesting improvements

  • Event & Collaboration Management

  • Proactive ownership, ideas, and execution


Experience

  • Worked or interned with a

    skincare/wellness/cosmetics/ D2C brand

  • Exposure to

    product development, formulation, or quality workflows

  • Worked on

    Amazon/e-commerce listings / D2C online sales

  • Brand building, PR, or digital marketing for products
  • Startup work experience, even 6 months, counts
