As a Brand Marketing Executive - Insights & Brand at McCain Foods(India) P Ltd based in Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in supporting the brand team by anchoring marketing decisions on consumer understanding and data-driven insights. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating Consumer Research & Insights: - Managing end-to-end research execution, from drafting briefs to coordinating with research agencies - Supporting the design and execution of quantitative and qualitative studies - Synthesizing findings into clear insight summaries and actionable reports for internal stakeholders - Leveraging insights to build strong selling stories for internal stakeholders - Supporting Brand Communication & Marketing: - Providing insight inputs for brand communication development - Supporting campaign performance tracking and collating learnings post-activation - Coordinating with internal teams and multiple agencies for timely delivery and execution support - Assisting in Innovation Management & Insights: - Managing the innovation pipeline and supporting new product development projects - Supporting insight-based product ideation and consumer validation studies - Building consumer and customer-centricity across functions - Coordinating with Market Consumer Sensory UX specialist on product studies - Analyzing syndicated data to track market share, category trends, and competitive activity - Supporting system & artwork development for NPDs and new platforms Qualifications and Experience: - MBA in Marketing with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field - Around 4 years of experience in consumer insights & brand execution within the FMCG industry - Passion for consumer insights and analytics to drive brand actions - Expertise in managing research agencies and IMCs - Understanding of syndicated data tools and innovation management systems - Strong data interpretation, problem-solving, and project management skills - Excellent communication skills for insights sharing internally and externally If you are detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about understanding consumers, while also being comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and agencies, McCain Foods(India) P Ltd offers you a flourishing and energetic environment to grow.
