Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Manager based in Noida. The Brand Manager will oversee brand strategy, manage marketing campaigns, develop and execute brand initiatives, analyze market trends, and coordinate with various teams to ensure brand consistency. Daily tasks include planning and implementing brand activities, monitoring brand performance, managing budgets, and collaborating with creative, marketing, and sales teams to achieve brand objectives.

Qualifications

• Brand management and strategy skills in the BEAUTY industry
• Experience in overseeing marketing campaigns and creative development (Beauty/FMCG)
• Ability to analyze market trends and consumer insights
• Strong project management and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is a plus
