Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute brand strategies to achieve business objectives and market share growth.Plan and implement 360 marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, influencer, trade marketing).Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.Manage brand positioning, product launches, and go-to-market strategies.Collaborate with sales, trade marketing, and distribution teams to ensure brand visibility at retail and modern trade.Monitor brand performance, track KPIs (awareness, market share, ROI), and prepare regular reports.Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media houses, and creative partners.Drive innovation in packaging, communication, and consumer promotions.Ensure consistent brand messaging across offline and digital channels.Manage brand budget and deliver efficient ROI on spends.Key Skills & Competencies:? Proven experience in brand management within FMCG/FMCD industry.? Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and retail trade dynamics.? Expertise in ATL, BTL, and Digital Marketing campaigns.? Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.? Ability to manage cross-functional teams and external agencies.? Strong business acumen with data-driven decision-making ability.
