Brand Manager - Assistant

Hey you, yes you—brand-obsessed, ad-loving, performance marketing nerd.

Saviesa is looking for someone who’s equal parts creative storyteller and data detective. If you've been hustling in an agency, killing it with performance marketing, but secretly want to dip your toes into brand strategy and make brands feel real, then read on.

What you’ll be up to:

• Running performance marketing campaigns (ads, digital, social) and obsessing over ROI: click-throughs, conversions, CPCs, CPAs—if it’s a number, you care.
• Losing sleep if leads aren’t converting, and making sure every lead is nurtured, followed up, and moved closer to conversion.
• Owning the CRM journey: from first click to closed deal, you’ll make sure no lead slips through the cracks.
• Liaising with agency partners: briefs, feedback, timelines. Making sure creatives actually get what the brand means.
• Digging into market research & consumer insights: what’s trending, what’s next, what people actually want (not what we think they want).

• Writing sharp content (blogs) that ranks on Google and makes our SEO team proud.
• Optimising for SEO: keywords, backlinks, on-page—making sure people don’t just find us, but remember us.

Who we think you are:

• You’ve worked at an agency (or in agency-like chaos), in performance marketing.
• You know ad platforms, digital channels, numbers & dashboards—and you get jittery when ROI is off.
• You’re curious, creative, and brave: willing to test, fail, learn fast.
• You can tell stories: words, visuals, vibe—on point.
• Organized: multiple campaigns, deadlines, feedback loops? You can juggle without dropping the ball.

Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in brand strategy (positioning, voice, campaign concepts), or want to grow there.
