This is a hybrid and project based role for a Brand Manager and Strategist located in Mumbai.
1. Brand Identity Development: Help define and evolve the brand's tone, values, and visual language
2. Marketing Strategy & Execution:
• Plan the go-to-market strategy across digital, retail, and on-ground channels
• Create and oversee launch campaigns, content plans, and brand calendar
• Define and track key brand metrics (awareness, trials, engagement, etc.)
•Assist in POSM strategy, bar branding, merchandise, and ATL/BTL ideas
3. Event & On-Ground Activation:
•Conceptualize and execute bar activations, tastings, launch events.
•Identify brand collaboration opportunities with nightlife, F&B, or pop culture platforms
4. Content & Digital Marketing
• Lead the social media team
• Work on creative outlook and ideas
• Lead the shoots/content and other ATL/BTL campaigns.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
• Has a thrill to launch and build a new brand from scratch
• Has experience as brand manager (preferably in alcobev, Fmcg, lifestyle)
• Can travel for the events.
