Brand Manager and Strategist

Role Overview: You will be working as a Brand Manager and Strategist in a hybrid and project-based role in Mumbai. Your primary responsibilities will include brand identity development, marketing strategy and execution, event and on-ground activation, as well as content and digital marketing. Key Responsibilities: - Help define and evolve the brand's tone, values, and visual language for brand identity development. - Plan the go-to-market strategy across digital, retail, and on-ground channels. - Create and oversee launch campaigns, content plans, and brand calendar. - Define and track key brand metrics such as awareness, trials, and engagement. - Assist in POSM strategy, bar branding, merchandise, and ATL/BTL ideas. - Conceptualize and execute bar activations, tastings, launch events for event and on-ground activation. - Identify brand collaboration opportunities with nightlife, F&B, or pop culture platforms. - Lead the social media team for content and digital marketing. - Work on creative outlook and ideas, lead shoots/content, and other ATL/BTL campaigns. Qualifications Required: - Thrill to launch and build a new brand from scratch. - Experience as a brand manager, preferably in alcobev, FMCG, lifestyle industries. - Willingness to travel for events. - Experience in on-ground activations.,
