Role Description This is a hybrid and project based role for a Brand Manager and Strategist located in Mumbai. 1. Brand Identity Development: Help define and evolve the brand's tone, values, and visual language 2. Marketing Strategy & Execution: • Plan the go-to-market strategy across digital, retail, and on-ground channels • Create and oversee launch campaigns, content plans, and brand calendar • Define and track key brand metrics (awareness, trials, engagement, etc.) •Assist in POSM strategy, bar branding, merchandise, and ATL/BTL ideas 3. Event & On-Ground Activation: •Conceptualize and execute bar activations, tastings, launch events. •Identify brand collaboration opportunities with nightlife, F&B, or pop culture platforms 4. Content & Digital Marketing • Lead the social media team • Work on creative outlook and ideas • Lead the shoots/content and other ATL/BTL campaigns. We’re looking for a Mumbai-based Freelance Social Media Manager who can own the brand’s digital world, from content strategy, calendar planning to community engagement and platform growth. Key Responsibilities: STRATEGY AND PLANNING Develop a distinct tone and digital personality for the brand Build a monthly content calendar aligned with key brand moments, trends & product storytelling Collaborate with founders and brand manager on campaign ideas and communication goals Identify trending formats and memes that suit the brand’s voice and visual identity CONTENT CREATION AND COORDINATION: Ideate static, carousel, reel, and story formats in collaboration with designers and creators Work closely with photographers/videographers for shoot planning and execution Draft witty, engaging, on-brand captions for all platforms (mainly Instagram) Coordinate influencer content reposts and UGC curation\ PLATFORM MANAGEMENT AND GROWTH Handle posting, scheduling, and daily account management Drive engagement through comments, DMs, polls, replies, and community building Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth Keep the grid aesthetic fresh, clean, and cohesive IDEAL CANDIDATE: Understands and actually breathes social media and have worked for lifestyle/FMCG/beverage/alcobev brands Strong understanding of visual aesthetics, short-form video trends, and meme culture Able to work independently and hit the ground running Based in Mumbai (must be available for content shoots, events & tastings) Bonus: experience in launching or scaling an alcohol/lifestyle/D2C brand Excellent communication and time management skills
