Job Description

An Ideal Candidate: Branding experience in a manufacturing setup (preferably printing) is required. 7+years of experience is necessary. An MBA in Marketing is preferred. The candidate will develop and implement brand strategies that align with business goals and the needs of the target audience. Key Competencies: Develop and implement brand strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs. Planned, executed, and managed marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement. Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, and competitor activities, and identify opportunities. Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all marketing materials, customer interactions, and channels. Manage brand-related budgets and track expenditures to ensure effective resource allocation. Work with various departments, including product development, marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand alignment. Monitor competitor activities and analyze their branding strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation. Identify and implement brand growth and innovation opportunities, including new product launches and marketing initiatives. Utilize category and consumer insights to drive product development and marketing initiatives.
