Role & responsibilities

• Drive brand visibility through media outreach, PR activities, and content creation aligned with company goals.
• Draft and manage press releases, editorials, and media communications; coordinate with journalists, influencers, and media houses for coverage opportunities.
• Plan and execute branding initiatives, events, webinars, and campaigns that strengthen market presence and engage target audiences.
• Support the development of marketing and BD materials such as brochures, proposals, presentations, and case studies.
• Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and follow-ups.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and forums to build brand awareness and develop partnerships.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including sales, marketing, and client communication.
• Maintain updated databases of media contacts, prospects, and BD pipelines; track report progress on outreach and engagement.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and propose relevant solutions.
• Develop and deliver effective sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align offerings with market demand and ensure seamless onboarding.
• Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and conversion rates using CRM Tool

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-2 years of experience in branding, PR, marketing, or business development roles.
• Strong communication, content writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing media relations, drafting press content, and executing brand campaigns.
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and collaborate across teams.
• Familiarity with industry events, client pitching, and lead generation is a plus.
