Work arrangement:


This position is ideal for a highly versatile and self-directed designer who can manage the entire creative lifecycle—from concept and illustration to finished digital assets and web implementation. You will be the visual storyteller for our brand, directly supporting our digital marketing and communication goals.


Core Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing Asset Production:

     Design and produce high-impact visual assets for all digital campaigns, including display ads, social media graphics, email templates, and compelling infographics.
  • Web & Print Layouts:

     Create and format digital print materials (eBooks, white papers, reports) and design optimized web graphics for our website and landing pages.
  • Brand Consistency:

     Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across all visual touchpoints, maintaining a high standard of quality, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Partner closely with the marketing, content, and web teams to translate strategies into engaging and effective visual communication.


Required Technical Skills & Experience

  • Adobe Creative Suite Mastery:

    Expert proficiency in the core suite:

    Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

    .
  • Original Visual Creation:

     Proven ability to create unique,

    high-quality original illustrations, icons, and custom graphics that elevate our brand identity beyond stock imagery

    .
  • AI Fluency:

    Demonstrated skill in leveraging

    AI generation tools

     (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, others ) to efficiently develop concepts, generate textures, and enhance visual assets.
  • Portfolio:

     A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing examples of digital advertising, web graphics, illustration, and multi-page document layout.


Highly Desired Skills (Big Pluses)

  • Video & Motion Graphics:

    Experience with

    Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

     for editing short-form marketing videos, animated social content, or creating simple motion graphics.


  • Web Implementation (WordPress):

     Working knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) like

    WordPress

    . This is a significant advantage, allowing you to implement your designs directly on the web, including managing media, updating pages, and applying custom styling.
