Brand Development Executive – E-Commerce

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Brand Development Executive to join our e-commerce team. The candidate will be responsible for building, positioning, and growing the brand across online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) as well as direct-to-consumer platforms. This role requires strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of e-commerce branding and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand strategies to increase visibility, awareness, and sales on e-commerce platforms.
• Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and trend identification to position the brand effectively.
• Manage product listings, images, descriptions, A+ content, and ensure brand consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create engaging campaigns, creatives, and promotional content.
• Monitor and optimize brand performance on marketplaces using data-driven insights.
• Build brand identity through innovative storytelling and customer engagement strategies.
• Coordinate with advertising teams to plan and execute sponsored ads, promotions, and influencer marketing.
• Maintain relationships with marketplace account managers for better brand exposure.
• Track ROI of brand campaigns and provide monthly performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and brand guidelines.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce brand development / digital marketing / marketplace management.
• Strong understanding of online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and marketplace dashboards.
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
