Brand Designer

Brand Designer Role overview:

NexTen Brands is looking for a creative and versatile designer to shape the visual aspects of websites, product packaging, product design, marketing communications, social media posts, exhibitions and more. As a Designer, you will be responsible for the entire creative process, from understanding the requirements to visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. Your designs should not only capture attention but also communicate the right message, aligning with our brand's vision and values.

Role Responsibilities:

• Understand design briefs, define requirements, and plan projects within budget constraints.
• Conceptualize and develop visuals, including illustrations, logos, static ads, website banners, and emailers.
• Create designs using softwares, ensuring appropriate colors, layouts, and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with copywriters and the creative team to finalize designs.
• Test graphics across various media and refine designs based on feedback.
• Ensure final visuals are engaging, high-quality, and on-brand.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio of illustrations and visuals.
• Proficiency in design software like InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma or After Effects
• A keen eye for aesthetics and detail, with expertise in graphic design and product design.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work methodically under deadlines.
• A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
