Brand Designer

You will be joining a leading Professional Services Company as a Creative Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling marketing collaterals, motion graphics, and potentially UI/UX designs. As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for designing a variety of marketing collaterals and assets to enhance user experience and drive digital engagement. You will collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and impactful designs across all platforms. - Design engaging social media creatives, banner ads, email templates, and push notifications for digital marketing purposes - Create homepage banners, category icons, and gamified visuals to enhance in-app interaction - Develop retargeting ads, campaign graphics, and short-form video ads to optimize conversions - Design impactful offline promotions including flyers, posters, billboards, and standees - Craft motion graphics and animations for videos, advertisements, and multimedia projects - Conceptualize and execute visually compelling campaigns that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives - 4-7 years of proven experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and multimedia content creation, preferably in an ecommerce brand or a creative agency with ecommerce brand work experience - Expertise in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma - A portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and ability to design for professional services or agency settings - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and visual hierarchy - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines - A doer attitude with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creativity,
