About the Role

We’re looking for a Brand Designer to lead and execute end-to-end branding projects. From research and concept creation to final brand identity, you’ll be responsible for bringing brands to life through thoughtful, creative visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research to understand the client, audience, and market
• Build brand concepts and creative directions from scratch
• Create and revamp brand identities
• Design logos, color palettes, typography, icons, and brand guidelines
• Deliver designs for digital, print, packaging, and presentations
• Ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints
• Collaborate with strategy, content, and design teams
• Present ideas and design rationale to clients and internal teams
• Stay updated on design trends and fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of branding or creative design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity projects
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or Google Slides is a plus
• Strong skills in layout, typography, and color theory
• Good time management and multitasking abilities
• Experience in creative/branding agencies preferred
• Bonus: Motion design, web design, or AI-based tools knowledge
