Role Overview: As a Brand Designer at NetBramha Studios, you play a crucial role in building brands from scratch and creating distinct visual systems that drive recognition, trust, and business impact. Your responsibilities include: Key Responsibilities: - Building and leading distinctive brand identities from the ground up - Owning the visual language, tone, and design consistency across internal and client brands - Establishing and maintaining brand identity across all platforms in alignment with business and client objectives - Leading creative direction and execution of branding projects, guiding teams and stakeholders - Being the go-to expert for brand thinking, ensuring clarity, craft, and cohesion in every touchpoint - Ensuring design consistency across all deliverables by setting standards and refining brand guidelines - Leading the creation of comprehensive brand guideline documents covering logos, typography, motion, and iconography Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in leading and executing brand identity design in branding, marketing, or creative agencies - Strong portfolio showcasing independently created and owned full-brand identities, including logos, type systems, design languages, and guidelines - Solid understanding of brand architecture, visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout systems - Experience working independently or in a lead ownership role, not just assisting - Collaboration with cross-functional teams to build and scale brand identities - Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc. - Ability to adapt to different brand voices across internal and client-facing contexts - Experience in motion design and illustrations would be an asset,
