Notice: immediate or Serving Notice About the Role: We're seeking a creative, thoughtful, and user-obsessed UI/UX Designer to help shape intuitive and elegant digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring user-centered designs to life from concept to execution making a real impact in how users engage with our products. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the design process from wireframes to high-fidelity visuals across web and mobile platforms. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to create seamless and engaging user journeys. Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into actionable design improvements. Design with systems in mind create and maintain UI kits, design systems, and style guides. Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and inclusivity in all design outputs. Partner with developers to ensure high-quality implementation, sharing specs and assets as needed. Explore emerging tools like GenAI to accelerate creative problem-solving and innovation. Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and best practices. Translate scientific models and data into intuitive, user-focused experiences. Define and maintain layout systems, typography, iconography, color schemes and interaction patterns. Focus on visual consistency, polish, and delight across screens and breakpoints. Ensure pixel-perfect implementation by collaborating closely with engineers. What We are Looking For: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or eLearning. A strong portfolio that showcases your design thinking and user-centered approach. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (Auto-layout, variables, components), Adobe XD, or similar. Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles. Familiarity with user research and usability testing methods. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit. Bonus: Understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS), motion design, or experience with GenAI tools.
