Brand Designer

Role Overview: As a Brand Designer at boAt, you will be a key player in creating and executing captivating brand design ideas for various product and campaign touchpoints. Your primary task will involve developing and managing branding collaterals such as brochures, packaging, and presentations. Furthermore, you will be responsible for designing offline marketing materials like OOH, print ads, and event assets. Your contribution to product marketing by crafting impactful visuals for launches and promotions will be crucial. It will also be your duty to expand and refine brand guidelines to maintain visual uniformity across diverse platforms. Effective collaboration with internal teams will be essential to translating innovative concepts into reality across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities: - Create and manage branding collaterals including brochures, packaging, and presentations. - Design offline marketing assets such as OOH, print ads, and event materials. - Develop high-impact visuals for product launches and promotions. - Extend and evolve brand guidelines for visual consistency. - Collaborate with internal teams to implement creative ideas across various channels. Qualifications Required: - B.Des / M.Des in Visual Design, Communication Design, or Brand Design. - Graduation from a premier design institute (NID, NIFT, MIT-ID, or equivalent). - Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in brand/visual design, preferably in consumer or lifestyle brands. - Proficiency in visual storytelling, typography, layout, and Adobe Creative Suite.
