Job Description

Role Responsibilities: Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Search, Social, Display, etc.). Run A/B tests and optimize campaign performance and landing pages. Monitor key metrics like CPA, ROI, CTR, and conversion rates. Use tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to track and report performance. Conduct keyword and competitor analysis, and support SEO efforts. Stay updated with trends and changes in digital marketing, especially SEO and paid media. Who are we looking for? Some experience in digital/performance marketing agencies. Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEMrush or similar. Analytical mindset – comfortable with data, insights, and making decisions based on numbers. A proactive learner who’s curious about how things work and how they can be improved. A degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a bonus – but not a deal-breaker.
