What You’ll Do

• 🎥 Create fun, trend-driven content (Reels, Stories, Posts, Memes) for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and more.
• 💡 Ideate and pitch fresh content concepts that engage Gen Z + millennial parents.
• 📈 Spot trending audio, memes, and formats early and adapt them to our brand voice.
• ✍ Write quirky, engaging captions and copy for social posts.
• 📊 Monitor performance, experiment, and keep engagement high.
• 🤝 Collaborate with the design, marketing, and product teams to tell stories that connect.
