Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Communication Content Strategy
Develop and execute a cross-market brand communication plan to engage digital consumers and survey panelists worldwide. Craft and optimize engaging, region-specific content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and acquisition campaigns. Ensure brand messaging is consistent, culturally relevant, and aligned with our voice across all touchpoints. Manage TPS s brand personality to position it as a rewarding, fun, and trustworthy community for opinion-sharing.
2. Social Media Community Engagement
Lead social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube to increase awareness and engagement. Create compelling organic and paid social campaigns to grow TPS s reach and interaction across markets. Actively monitor trends and conversations among digital consumers and survey enthusiasts to engage in real-time. Build relationships with digital creators, micro-influencers, and community admins to expand TPS s footprint.
3. Brand Partnerships Tie-Ups
Identify and partner with global and regional: Online lifestyle communities Consumer forums and rewards platforms Influencer networks and affiliate partners Student and youth-based organizations Design collaboration models that promote TPS as a go-to destination for earning through opinion sharing. Organize co-branded campaigns, digital events, and referral drives in partnership with external platforms. Drive long-term collaborations that contribute to sustained brand advocacy and active user acquisition.
4. Panel Growth User Acquisition
Align branding efforts with TPS s aggressive panel growth and engagement targets across diverse regions. Leverage partnerships to bring in new users from key audience segments (students, homemakers, professionals, etc). Continuously test and refine messaging and content to optimize conversion rates and activation.
5. Analytics Performance Tracking
Track brand health, campaign performance, and social media metrics using dashboards and analytics tools.
Deliver regular insights and actionable reports on campaign ROI, user sentiment, and growth trends. Use data to refine communication strategies and inform decision-making for future campaigns.
Required Qualifications Skills
- 4-6 years of experience in consumer marketing, brand communication, or digital media.
- Strong understanding of global digital audiences, consumer behavior, and community-building practices.
- Proven track record in social media strategy, content creation, and brand storytelling.
- Experience in building partnerships with digital communities, online platforms, or influencer networks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to write compelling, user-focused copy.
- Ability to work across cultures and markets, with sensitivity to language and regional context.
- Hands-on experience with social media tools, performance dashboards, and paid campaign platforms.
Preferred Skills Additional Requirements - Experience working with large-scale B2C digital products, loyalty programs, or online communities.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing, community outreach programs and affiliate partnership models.
- Experience in organizing virtual campaigns, webinars, or community events.
- Working knowledge of SEO, paid media, and campaign optimization tools.
