Self Pivot is hiring a Brand Communications and Partnership Lead to support our business development, community engagement, and communications initiatives in the mental health sector.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
1. B2B Communications & Client Acquisition: Initiate and manage outreach to potential organizational partners, from first contact to closing engagements for workshops and other services.
2. B2C Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads for therapy services, including partnerships and digital outreach.
3. Program Communications: Coordinate communication for our Referral Panel and Campus Ambassador programs.
4. Community Engagement Support: Assist the Community Lead in planning and executing community workshops.
5. Content Collaboration: Review and provide feedback on content ideas developed by the social media team to ensure alignment with brand messaging and psychological accuracy.
6. Founder Support: Work closely with the founder to execute high-priority projects and initiatives.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Psychology, Business or a related field.
- Prior experience of atleast 2-3 years in outreach, communications, or client relations (preferably in the mental health sector)

- Sales expertise in b2b and b2c
- How businesses work in mental health sector
- Communication and team building
- Time efficient
- Research as per business needs
