The purpose of this role is to support Brand and product management including launches, changes, development of communication materials. Ensure Commercial Sales and Customer Product launch and communication requirements are met. Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/designAn area of management concerned with designing and controlling the process of production and redesigning business operations in the production of goods or services. It involves the responsibility of ensuring that business operations are efficient in terms of using as few resources as needed and effective in terms of meeting customer requirements What are we looking for? Strong product management knowledge Ability to performance manage data and insights Ability to influence others and break down barrier to resolution Strong communication and relationship building Proactive; able to anticipate needs; forward thinking Highly collaborative; able to work well within multidisciplinary teams Experience in a Supply Chain, Marketing, or Operations discipline Experience with Marketing and Operations product data management Roles and Responsibilities: Collaborate with Product and Brand team to gather insights into customer needs preferences, and industry trends Collaborate with Product Management and sales to analyze competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and threats Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, including coordinating launch events and creating launch assets Drive both internal and external communication plans around all product launches Assist in the creation and production of marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and digital assets Administer and execute all product formula, label, and packaging across the network to ensure manufacturing and market readiness Manage Streamline stage gate timely completion and meeting SLA requirements in coordination with GLT, GSC, Mkt Support system enhancements to Streamline/fusion and data requirements Carry out new Product & Marketing New Initiatives incorporating into pipeline, priorities, and timing Partner with OEC Label 3PL to ensure effective management of label changes, designs, approvals, and meeting deadlines Support and execute Global and Local product rationalization efforts Qualifications Any Graduation
