Job Description

As a Brand and Thought Leadership Manager at LexLegis.ai in Mumbai, your role is to lead brand positioning, executive thought leadership, and industry engagement. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to strengthen LexLegis" brand identity and reputation across various channels such as events, PR, executive branding, and content-driven advocacy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and maintain LexLegis" brand identity across digital, print, and offline touchpoints. - Create content for marketing campaigns and provide support for social media marketing communications. - Develop and manage a thought leadership program to position LexLegis executives as industry experts through opinion pieces, media interviews, and event speaking opportunities. - Design content for both online and offline events. - Establish brand advocacy programs, referral initiatives, and community engagement efforts. - Ensure corporate communications are consistent in messaging and brand visibility. - Curate and distribute newsletters, case studies, and executive insights to engage key audiences. **Required Qualifications:** - 5+ years of experience in brand management, corporate communications, or PR in a B2B, SaaS, or professional services firm. - Proven track record in creating thought leadership content, executive positioning, and media engagement. - Strong network within media, analysts, and industry forums. - Excellent storytelling and editorial skills, including copywriting, blog writing, and executive ghost-writing. - Experience in managing brand partnerships, sponsorships, and events for maximizing brand visibility. **Educational Background:** - MBA or PGDM in Marketing, Communications, or Brand Management from a recognized institute. - Bachelor's degree in science, Mass Communications, or PR. - Ideal Industry Experience in B2B SaaS, IT Services, Legal Tech, EdTech, or FinTech. - Exposure to managing corporate communications, PR, brand storytelling, executive thought leadership, event marketing, sponsorships, and influencer partnerships. In this role, your performance will be measured based on various key performance indicators (KPIs) such as brand/content engagement metrics, speaker/panel engagements, newsletter & content impact, and marketing communications effectiveness.,
