Roles and Responsibilities

Manage branch sales performance, ensuring achievement of targets and growth in liability products such as CASA.
Oversee retail banking operations, including customer service, product offerings, and staff management.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue generation through effective relationship building with customers.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in Branch Sales or Retail Banking Management.
Strong understanding of BSM (Branch Sales Manager) role responsibilities.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing liabilities like CASA.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers.
