BRANCH SALES MANAGER- NBFC

As a Branch Manager for Gold Loans, your main responsibility will be to drive business growth in the assigned region by overseeing sales teams, implementing regional strategies, meeting targets, and ensuring operational compliance. You will be reporting to the Director or Operations Manager. Your key duties will include achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for gold loans, exploring new markets and customer segments, enhancing branch productivity, and managing the loan portfolio in the region. Additionally, you will be leading and motivating a team of executives and field executives, conducting performance evaluations, and offering training and coaching as needed. In terms of channel management, you will be expected to drive business through various channels such as branches, DSAs, and digital platforms while fostering strong relationships with partners and stakeholders. It will also be essential for you to stay updated on competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics to recommend strategic actions for maintaining a competitive edge. Furthermore, you will need to ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, and audit requirements, as well as mitigate risks associated with gold appraisal and loan disbursement. Emphasizing high levels of customer satisfaction and retention, you will be required to address customer issues promptly. The ideal candidate for this role should possess proven experience in gold loans or secured lending products, along with strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. A thorough understanding of regional market dynamics, gold valuation, and lending norms is crucial. A Graduation/Post-Graduation degree in any discipline (MBA preferred) and at least 5-8 years of relevant sales experience, particularly in gold loan operations, are required qualifications.
