The Regional Sales Manager for Gold Loans will be responsible for driving business growth in the assigned region by managing sales teams, developing regional strategies, achieving sales targets, and ensuring operational compliance. Channel Management: - Driving business through various channels such as branches, DSAs, and digital platforms. - Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with partners and stakeholders. Market Analysis: - Monitoring competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends. - Providing recommendations for strategic actions to maintain a competitive edge. Compliance & Risk Management: - Ensuring adherence to company policies, KYC norms, and audit requirements. - Managing risks associated with gold appraisal and loan disbursement processes. Customer Service: - Focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction levels and retention rates. - Resolving any escalated customer issues in a timely and effective manner. Key Skills & Competencies: - Demonstrated experience in gold loans or secured lending products. - Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Understanding of regional market dynamics and gold valuation principles. - Analytical mindset with the ability to drive performance improvements. Qualifications: - Graduation/Post-Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred). - 8-12 years of relevant sales experience, particularly in gold loan operations.,
