Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Business & Revenue Growth:
Achieve assigned branch disbursement targets (A/B/C categories as per company norms).
Consistently maintain a good lead-to-disbursement ratio.
Maintain high productivity among team members and achieve desirable NDV numbers.
Customer Acquisition:
Expand customer base for affordable home loans through direct sales, relationship-building, and local marketing.
Distribution Excellence:
Strengthen the branchs partner ecosystem (connectors, distributors, builders) to drive sustainable lead flow.
Team Building:
Develop, mentor, and coach relationship managers for best-in-class productivity and compliance.
Control attrition and hire right talent.
Operational Excellence:
Collaborate with internal departments for smooth loan processing, disbursal, and compliance.
Ensure 0% NPA from branch disbursement for sustainability and profitability.
Reporting & Compliance:
Keep records updated and align branch practices with internal and regulatory policies.

Desired Profile

Post Graduate in MBA (Finance or Marketing)
Proven planning, execution, and strategic sales management ability.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and coaching skills.
Ability to build networks and drive results in a target-driven environment.
