Job Description

Plan daily /monthly sales activities for Sales Officers.Daily monitoring of sales progress- lead generation, customer meetings, closures. Achieve monthly sales volumes for MSME and cross sell products.

Lead and manage the sales team at the branch level to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, focusing on branch-specific sales opportunities.
Ensure the smooth functioning of the branch sales operations, maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance and provide coaching, training, and support to branch sales staff.
Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure business retention and growth.
Oversee the implementation of marketing and promotional activities to maximize sales and increase market presence.
