Plan daily /monthly sales activities for Sales Officers.Daily monitoring of sales progress- lead generation, customer meetings, closures. Achieve monthly sales volumes for MSME and cross sell products.

• Lead and manage the sales team at the branch level to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, focusing on branch-specific sales opportunities.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of the branch sales operations, maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance and provide coaching, training, and support to branch sales staff.
• Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure business retention and growth.
• Oversee the implementation of marketing and promotional activities to maximize sales and increase market presence.
