Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Relationship Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in used car sales or related fields. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry. Job Requirements Proven experience in relationship building and management in the BFSI industry. Strong understanding of the used car market and industry trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with financial institutions is an added advantage.
