We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Relationship Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in sales and relationship management. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients. Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide exceptional customer service. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions. Job Requirements Proven experience in sales and relationship management within the BFSI industry. Strong understanding of emerging enterprise banking products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with UCV (Unified Credit View) systems and processes is an advantage.
