Minimum 2 years of experience as a BRM in liabilities, branch banking.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Relationship Manager to join Leading Small Finance Bank.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
Minimum 2 years of experience in liabilities, branch banking, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of BFSI industry and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
