Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Relationship Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in sales and customer service. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through effective sales strategies. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the community to promote the bank's brand. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
