Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Relationship Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in a similar role. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints professionally. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch. Job Requirements Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognized university. Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service in the BFSI industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail. Experience working with used car loans or related products is an added advantage.
