Branch Receptionist Female

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and professional greeting to ensure a positive branch experience.
• Manage incoming phone calls, answer general inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
• Assist clients with basic banking inquiries, such as branch services, account information, and appointment scheduling.
• Maintain the front desk area, ensuring a neat and organized appearance, and provide informational brochures and forms to clients as needed.
• Handle administrative tasks, including managing visitor logs, maintaining records, and assisting with data entry.
• Coordinate with branch staff to support daily operations and address client needs efficiently.
• Ensure security protocols are followed for all visitors and maintain confidentiality of client information.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Undergrad and gradution ; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service or front-office roles, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
