We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the receivables process at the branch level. Ensure timely collection of payments from customers and maintain high customer satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies to improve receivables management. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to receivables. Analyze and report on receivables performance metrics. Maintain accurate records and reports of receivables transactions. Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in receivables management, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of banking operations and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
