We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with experience in Assets, Inclusive Banking, SBL, Mortgages, or Receivables. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch's receivables function. Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues. Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in receivables management. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Train and guide junior staff members on receivables procedures and best practices. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of BFSI industry regulations and standards. Experience in managing assets, inclusive banking, SBL, mortgages, or receivables. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
